The World Coffee Roasting Championship (WCRC), initiated by World Coffee Events (WCE) to promote specialty coffee, is a prestigious competition and a dream stage for countless coffee roasters. In this contest, roasters must leverage their expertise and knowledge to design and execute a flawless roast. The final products are then evaluated through blind tasting by a panel of professional judges, who determine the scores based on meticulous cupping. The World Latte Art Championship (WLAC) is a prestigious competition established by World Coffee Events (WCE) to promote specialty coffee, representing the pinnacle of latte art. The coffee brewing competition is divided into “designated brewing” and “optional brewing”.
